Returns & Refunds

At Reincycle Tack & Apparel, we carefully inspect, photograph, and describe each item as accurately as possible. Because our inventory consists primarily of unique, pre-owned and consigned items, all sales are final unless an item has been materially misrepresented in the listing or a return is otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review all photos, measurements, sizing information, and condition descriptions carefully before purchasing. Pre-owned items may show normal signs of use or wear, which will be disclosed whenever possible through photographs and/or the item description.

If you believe an item you received differs significantly from its description, please contact Reincycle Tack & Apparel within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide instructions for a return or refund.

Normal wear, disclosed imperfections, sizing/fit issues, or a change of mind are not considered reasons for return.

Approved returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Reincycle Tack & Apparel.

Items damaged or lost during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the applicable shipping carrier’s procedures.
